Abuse Policy

At Shop Cullman County, we take all reports of abuse seriously. If you encounter content, behavior, or activity that you believe violates our Terms of Service, please submit a report to us. We will investigate all submissions and take appropriate action. We will contact you only if we need additional information or have important updates regarding your report. In some cases, we may close a report without response if it does not constitute a violation.

Types of Abuse

We categorize abuse reports into the following types:

  • Spam, Malware, and Phishing: Users may not use Shop Cullman County services to send unsolicited messages, "junk mail", chain letters, or phishing attempts. Example: an email requesting sensitive information such as credit card numbers under false pretenses.
  • Promotes Hatred, Violence, or Illegal/Offensive Activities: Content that is unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, violent, or otherwise harmful to others is strictly prohibited. This includes defamation, harassment, stalking, threats, and violation of privacy or other legal rights.
  • Sexually Explicit Material: Publishing or transmitting adult or mature content using our services is not permitted.
  • Child Exploitation: We have zero tolerance for content that exploits children. Accounts found sharing such content will be terminated and reported to law enforcement.
  • Personal and Confidential Information: Users may not publish personal or confidential information without explicit consent. Examples include full name, phone number, address, social security number, credit card information, government-issued ID details, and bank account information.
  • Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of someone else's copyrighted work is prohibited. If you suspect copyright infringement, please report it so we can take the necessary action.
  • Other Violations: If your concern does not fall into one of the above categories, you may still report it. Please provide a clear description so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
